Her passion is traveling around the world discovering new markets with food products that are different from what already exists, to analyze not only their nutritional composition, but also the marketing that surrounds them and the flavors and aromas that they give off.
Patricia has an agricultural background with specialization in food technology and biotechnology. She has always worked in the food industry, assuming different positions within it and in different departments: production, quality, R&D ... so she is an experienced person with a global vision of the company.
